The striped conch

I love this conch shell that my sister’s friends brought back to me from the Bahamas, but I’m even more excited about the fact that my sister’s freezer is now full of conch and other fresh seafood. Bring on the conch fritters!

    I’m trying to figure out how to time my visit to the East Coast so that I can sample your recipe for Conch Fritters!!! I”m really hoping that you’ll video that cooking session and release to the world at large when the time comes!

    You do realize, by the way, that your conch is merely a shell of its former self??
